Pay out calculation

Hi, I'm a new hosting, wish to know how the calculation of payout? My listing price for weekday is 119, weekend is 130. I give special offer 15%. I've a booking on weekend, check in Saturday & check out Sunday. My pay out only get 98, how is this work? Look forward for the advise. Thank you.

@Rachel378 When you send a Special Offer, you are giving the guest a price for their total stay. So a Special Offer for a weekend stay less 15% using your $119 per night example would be $101.15 and then Airbnb deducts the host service fee. Assuming that is 3% for you,

that would come out to a payout of $98.11.

So it would appear that you gave the guest a Special Offer using a one night stay price not calculating a two night stay which would have been calculated as follows:

$119 x 2. = $238

- 15%. = $202.30

- 3%. = $196,23 (your payout)

Airbnb does not multiply the amount of your Special Offer by the number of nights the guest will stay. This guest got a bargain!
