Pay outs stopped as I can update account with Registration number. I am in the UK.

I have been with air bnb for a while with no problems

My payments have been stopped because  I have not completed the 'update your account' request from air bnb.

Air bnb are asking for my Registration number.

Can some one tell me where do i get or find my Registration number.

Is this an airbnb Registration number or a Goverment Registration number?

I do not believe we are required to have a registration number in our village.

I am stuck with no payment coming in. Can someone tell me where I might obtain the required Registration number to complete account details and 

to ensure we get payouts?

I am in the UK.
