Payment already deducted from my credit-card but still the reservation is not active.

I made a book and the payment already deducted from my credit-card but i can't see the reservation on my trips and I got the payment receipt on my email and when i click on "go to itinerary" the link took my to Airbnb and i got this message "this reservation is not active".

Any one can help me, please
