Payment by Airbnb

Hi

We are new to Airbnb - our first guests checked in 10 days ago yet no payment has been made by Airbnb.  Our bank account details say  "pending verification" which it has for 3-4 weeks now. We are New Zealand based.

Can I ask other peoples experience in receiving their first payment?  The site says 7 days for international payments.   

I've contacted Airbnb but got a very generic reply about looking into it - 24 hours later nothing has come through or any extra information from their help centre.   I was expecting quite promp payment, but that doesn't seem to be the case

Any help would be really appreciated

Hi @Becky33 Sounds like Airbnb is having trouble verifying the banking information you gave. Best to call again or contact on Twitter, for fastest response. All ways to contact are here:

I had guest check in on Oct 7-9 and have not yet received an email that the payment has been sent nor have I received payment. Reservation ***.  this is very unusual, what's up?
