I had a request that I accepted. With the request was a question about bedding that I answered. The payment didn't come through within the first 24 hrs, and the conversation was somehow automatically deleted by airbnb. We invited her again, payment was confirmed the second time around and we started a new conversation. I asked if she had received the initial message, but didn't get a reply to that.
Now hosting is done, and she is complaining in her public review that I did not explain the bedding situation, which I did in the now deleted message. How do I recover this message? And get Airbnb to apologise to my guest that they deleted important information and having detrimental effects to my hosting reputation?
