Please assist.
I have a problem. I had to put a block on my credit card yesterday due to a fraudulent transaction on my account. Apparently it will take between 5 and 7 days to receive my new card. I booked accommodation in Graskop in Decemebr and paid half of the due amount via my redit card and received a message this morning from Airbnb saying the balance will be done within 3 days. I really do not want them to cancel my booking due to the payment not going through. Do you have any idea how I can handle this?
