Payment not received

Hi

I hosted a family a few days ago but haven’t received the payment on my bank account yet. It’s supposed to be transferred 1 June, but so far I haven’t received it. Normally I get it the same day. 

What happened?

As a forum made up for hosts and guests, not monitored by Airbnb we can't help with payment issues I'm afraid.
