Hi, I’ve received my bank verification test amount of 3 cents for my very first booking of client with AirBnb . However it’s now 10 days after and I still haven’t received the full (-3cents ) of my payment..? How long does it really take to get your monies into account?

@Koula1 New hosts are not paid out for their first booking for up to 30 days after check-out. After that, you should see your payments released 24 hours after the guest checks in. (I really don't understand why Airbnb doesn't tell this to new hosts when they activate their listing) It can take a few more days after that for it to appear in your bank account, or whatever payout method you have.
Oh that certainly was mentioned at all when I received notification of the 3cent bank verification.
if that’s the case , I have no choice but to wait. It would be good to know before further panic happens.

Well guess what, when a new host /owner is accepted they don’t remove the old owners bank account somehow????
they sent the new host/owner which is me the 3 cent verification and then send the balance to the old owner??

@Koula1 That sounds really weird and glitchy. Did you not relist under your own account? Because as far as I'm aware, Airbnb listings are actually non-transferable. So I assume this was a booking the previous owner got while they still owned it, that you agreed to honor? If so, the booking would be under his account, so of course would go to him.
Hopefully you have contact with the previous owner and he's an honest person and will pay you?
Booking was done with me, not sure what AirBnb Hhave done as they recognized me as the primary host to send me the 3cent bank verification yet not to send me the full monies.
my confidence with online sites is shattered. I have two more bookings with AirBnb that I will honour and that’s it for me. Sorry I’m most dissatisfied with the handling of this matter.
