Payment not received

Hi.  

I had a guest book for 4 nights in my place.  I was expecting to receive $460 for the stay. 

The guest check led in and checked out after 1 night.  

I only received $120.

I have a strict cancellation policy and I should have recieved the full payment whether the guest stayed for the full stay or part of the stay. 

Please help me understand what has happened.

Hello @Ella42. Did you receive any email/message from Airbnb, and if so - did you click any "agree" link/button?
