Payment return

Hello,

 

I have faced a problem while trying to rent an apartment.

I booked an apartment,  airbnb sent me payment details, everything was fine leading up to that moment.

I did make a payment (it was my first time using airbnb) but unfortunately airbnb didn't receive my payment in 48 hours. 

Basically, they told me to check my payment details etc, and told that unsolved payment you will receive back 5-7 days (max 2 weeks)

I made the payment 5th of february, and still this moment haven't received my money back, but the interesting thing is that airbnb told me that they had to give me an business account because i was sending money from a non euro country, but it is wrong because i made the payment from a euro country. (Latvia)

So does anybody had this kind of trouble whatsoever and maybe could tell me what should i do, or i should just wait.
