Payment

Hi all,

I am a host in Uganda; I am a first-time host & I am learning on the job litereally.

Someone please share tips on how to avoid losing money in bank charges after airbnb makes payments.

I received a payment of $135 from airbnb; the email notification from my bank says the amount transfered is $105. At this point, I don't know what amounts are deducted by whom... I am just a little confused.

I am thinking one of the ways to avoid this is by registering a visa card as a method of payment, or should I get one of those payoneer card thingies??

Please help!!   Thank you in advance.

Hi @Mildred18  I don't have the answer but the post below might.

Thank you so much, Jeff.

I have done some additional reading and I am considering a payoneer master card.

@Mildred18 I use pay pal. It is free.

Thanks @Sandra856 . Let me check it out.

And thank you @Jeff158 .
