Payment

I had a guest inquiring to stay at my place. I approved and apparently it was confirmed and she was charged with it. She never stayed at my place. Airb&b claims to have paypaled me the fee. I have not received it yet. It is processing for the inquiry which was to take place on June 7. She wants her money back. What do I do? Processing can take till 12 June and I am asked to return the money by June 11.

@Melek0who asked you that? You can choose not to give a refund at all, at least that is what I would do if someone "requests" it and even dares to set up a deadline. June 7th was yesterday, Airbnb releases the money 24h after check in. Tell your guest that Airbnb handles refunds as per the policy she agreed on when making the reservation, if she is entitled to one she will get it automatically.
