Payment

My guests arrived on the 16th December 2019 and according to airbnb it is indicated that the payment is paid on the 17th and it is supposed to appear on the 20th but I have not received any payment on my bank account. My guests are utilising the same currency and as such I was not expecting that it will take more than 3 days as per Airbnb policy. I need someone to explain the reason for the delay. Let me also mention that this is my first payment because I was using a different website in the past.

Air BNB may hold the initial payments for up to 30 days for new hosts, @Sizwe0 .  Perhaps this is what is happening to you. Hope this helps

If it is possible for you, I agree with Linda108. for the first guest a host get paid after 30 days. Then for every 24 hours. Also you could see this link:
