It would seem that something has gone wrong with your bank details. Have you had another look to see if the set up is correct? Another option would be to open a Paypal account because they are so easy and convenient. Otherwise you could sent Airbnb a short message via Twitter, explaining the situation and asking if they'd contact you by email directly. Half at least of the Airbnb system must be automated, but you should be able to get through to real people via twitter. I don't know if this would help or not, but it might be worth researching other Airbnb hosts in your area with an equivalent-ish set up to yours, to see if, for example, your prices are competitive or not. Certainly, if I'm travelling as an Airbnb guest, I'm taking price as well as everything else into account. I hope this is useful!
