Payment

There is a discrepancy with payout for my current guest [name].  She booked 14 August-21 September into my 1 bedroom apartment at $33/day.  Airbnb transferred  to me $775 on 15 August and $19.12 on 11 September,  AirBnb initial e-mail to me states that I should receive $1022.47 for this guest (after airbnb fees), while my guest insists that she has paid Airbnb $1256.  Please help explain where is the remaining payout.  I don’t know how to contact Airbnb.
