@Anne-Elisabeth0  no one at airbnb will respond to your request, we are all hosts on the forum.

Go to your "Payout preferences" and look at "Routing rules" to check where the payout is going.

In terms of your post though you should also be able to update you payment details directly on your Airbnb account, but if not as @Jeff158 mentioned the best way to do so would be to contact our Support Team.

 

As a couple of days has now passed, were you able to get this sorted?
