Having trouble setting up my payout, it is telling me to retry or contact them but cannot find anywhere for me to do that. have logged out and retried but with no joy.

I'm sorry to hear about the payment issue that you're experiencing at the moment. I was able to find some information in the Help Center about Payment methods, however if you're still having issues as you've mentioned, I'd recommend that you contact Airbnb so that they can guide you.
