Hello, I had 2 accounts added in my payout options. One was mapped and I received funds towards an earlier stay. With the second account, apparently there was an issue and the funds have been transferred back to AirBnb by Payoneer. Now, how do I claim my monies? I have since deleted the account that had a problem and have set up all future payouts to reach the active account. Can I request Airbnb attempt another payout to the re-routed account? Any quick pointers will help me as I need that money badly.
Please note - The query is around a failed payment of a recent reservation. This isn't about any upcoming payouts. Bank account details had an issue, and Payoneer has returned the money back to Airbnb. I'm trying to find out how this payout would now reach me.
