I had a guest that stayed at my apartment from April 14-17 -- its been almost 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive the payment.
I received an email from airbnb informing me that the payment did not go through and to contact the guest -- however when was it also my duty to be debt collector? I feel this should be in the interest of airbnb staff to resolve?
Please help. The reservation code is: RRNRZH I would kinly like my payment please.
You were told to contact the guest, @Frank174? I understand your frustration with that. At this point you will want to turn to Twitter, I think. Tweet to AirbnbHelp. If you don't have a Twitter account, it is worth signing up even for this one thing. It's free.
Unfortunately no one will be able to help directly here. It is just hosts advising other hosts mostly. So if you can edit your post to delete that reservation code, it will be best.
