Payout Error

Hi, I am a host in Singapore.

May I know if I am able to use OCBC 360 account as my payout method? It has been showing error.

Please help! And it seems that there is no way for me to contact the Singapore Airbnb Customer Care. It is so irritating especially it is a money issue.
