Payout - HMAJHPBCJB

Good, we see on airbnb that our guest Akil has paid and payout was 15 Dec. We however didn't receive an airbnb email notification of the payout nor received the funds.

 

I also cannot see if maybe the bank account number on the system is incorrect. 

 

Please help: guest reference number - HMAJHPBCJB.
