Payout method in Tanzania

We are new hosts, and are having questions about our payout method. Whenever we receive above 100$, the money comes with some cuts, we initially were paid out  114$ and we received 94$ and recently a payout of 174$ we received 124$ and today instead of 121.25$ we received 96.75$, is anyone else in Tanzania getting the same charges. And maybe you can give me some advice about the banks you use. I tried to communicate with Airbnb, they say all the money has been received, I should ask my bank, my bank hasn't made any cuts, I've changed banks twice, still the same cuts

In every payout i am charged $30 and additional $6 for swift. This is too much, can't Airbnb workout on simpler and inexpensive way of sending out payments?
