Payout minimum wire transfer ?

Hello, 

I have 2 questions, 

I am host in Egypt. 

I have a reservation that cost : 31 Dollars. I saw that the payout include: 5-7 working days + banking fees. 

Who is paying the banking fees ? if it is me who get charged, what is the minimum amount to be charged. 

For ex. ,  I am in egypt and my account in in bank (NBD Emmirates), if i make a wire transfer with 30 dollar, I have to pay banking fees : 50 dollar. so total = 80 dollars. 

In the case I am asking about, I shall get credit 31 dollars, and ( X unknown) number of banking fees ??? which could dedcut from my account as in general. 

Can you please clarify ??
