Hey i have one question, i had a guest stay over from 2nd till 3rd of June but Airbnb hasnt paid me my money yet for that and they are suppossed to pay me 24 hours after the guest arrived, can anyone please tell what i need to do.

No.  Read the article link I sent you.  

If the guest arrived on June 2, the payment was RELEASED 24 hours after your beginning Check in time (you have "flexible" so I think they default that to 10pm) on June 3rd and then PROCESSED at the bank on June 5th and it's only June 6th now.  That's because of the weekend.  No banks process payments on the weekend, including Airbnb's.  So yesterday the money started moving from one bank to the next.  And since you're in Germany or Spain, not sure which, there is processing time there too - either for a wire transfer or between banks.  I see no problem here yet.  

Processing time

After Airbnb releases the payout, it takes some additional time for the money to get to you. The average processing time for each payout method is:

• ACH / Direct deposit: Up to 3 business days
• Bank transfer or international wire: 3–7 business days
• PayPal: Within 1 business day
• Western Union: 1 business day (US Pacific Time)
• Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card: Within 1 business day
