Airbnb have asked me to upodate my payout method. I have tried this 18 times with no success. This has been going on since December 01 2018. I have had the same account since 2012, I have not changed details. I have spent at least 20 frustrated hours on this. I am owed for at least 10 bookings. Airbnb are in breech of their own policy yet they are no help to have this resolved. This issue is on their side with worldpay. Instead of fixing this I get told I am important and to try again. I get told it has been esculated when it clearly has not. I get told that all the supervisors are in a meeting. EVERY time I call, which is very hard to believe. Is anyone else expeiencing this and anyone that has managed to resolve this. All I want is the money I am owed.
