Please help...I can't figure out how to contact anyone in AirBnB to explain this...but I have a 'future payment' (i.e., pending payout) that was paid by my guest and it seems as though AirBnb is still holding it (it comes up as 'future payment') under transaction history--but I haven't received it! And my guest already left! Seems strange--and frustrating that I can't find out how to talk to or email except community help...
Hav you recently updated your payout method? It could be that your payout preference is still pending and as such you won't get paid until it has been verified.
To contact Airbnb just search in these help topics for "contact" and many posts with telephone numbers will pop up. However
