Pending verification for payout account

Hi, I am the new host. I did add the payout account yesterday but it's still show the status "pending verification" in my payout account.
The guest moved in 2 days ago and I still not received the money yet.
How long it takes for this "pending verificAtion"?

@Sam48 I would look up the AirBnB support number for your area and give them a call. 10 days sounds a little strange!

Hey @My1,

I posted the same question and noticed that it had come up in this forum a few times from other new hosts with no answer. Finally got in contact with AirBnB (a real person on the phone to talk to!) and was told not to worry - the pending time is while AirBnB verifies the PayPal account by sending a small deposit and having it refunded again. Aparently this only takes a day or two and then PayPal will begin recieving your payouts. I set up my account yesterday and my guest also arrived yesterday. I was told I should have payment by tomorrow. Will let you know how that goes 🙂

I received the .03c on 11th December my first guest checked out on 28th December, why does my payout method still say pending verification when the .03c was received almost 3 weeks ago?
