I think it'd best that you contact the source that issued you the credit card in the first place. I don't really think that the Community Centre can help you with this I'm afraid.

Hello, I am using payoneer card - airbnb mastercard. When i go to ATM to withdraw money, do I have to enter a PIN code. If yes, where do I get the PIN code.
