Policy on contacting guests after reservation

What is the Airbnb policy on contacting guests after the reservation is over? I can't find anything on the Airbnb website.

 

By phone?

 

By email?

You can still communicate with the guest via Airbnb message system (or by phone, or private email if these are mentioned in the reservation or profile) after the reservation has ended. Sometimes it is necessary (guests forgot personal belongings to take with them, there are issues like damage, extra payments not resolved,  etc., but also to say goodbye or provide special offer you like them come back.

Thanks! Can you point me to the "official" language that Airbnb uses? I couldn't find anything in the TOS.
