Hi Portsmouth, NH Airbnb Hosts, 

I am looking to rent out my house and had a couple questions - I know the city isn't particularly fond of Airbnbs but I am in a business zone - is that how all of you operate as well? If not, have you had any issues with the city? 

Also, how do you do vacancy wise in the winter months? Sept - June particularly.
