Possible fake listing - how to check?

I've found a really great listing that is much, much cheaper in comparison to other surrounding properties.

What is the best way to verify if this is in fact a legitimate listing?

@Faraz4

Additionall the rate for the room per night is 250 + 40 tax =  290 Canadian $/ Euros 187 per night which is considerable more then the Euros 63 per night on Airbnb for a four room apartment, it also appears to be fully book.

Its look like a scam to me, keep us posted...

@Faraz4  It's a brand new listing. You will be asked to pay through AirBnB, so it's a safe booking. He's at least a smart new host and did not turn on Instant Booking. His pricing is fair for the area also.

@Faraz4 Click the contact guest button and send a message, I think the listing has been set up wrong.

I'm pretty sure they are only advertising the 1 ensuite bedroom for 2 guests in a B&B, plus its fully booked if you look on the website @Cormac0 found.
