I have a guest that wants a refund after his stay because he had appliance problems and the water was not working properly.

The water problem was solved within a couple of hours after being notified and the appliances weren't mentioned until 3 days after they left.
@William904 How much refund they requested? If it is a lot, it is not reasonable.
