Potential Earnings Calculation

Hi, I am a newbie Airbnb host. My rate is P3574 per night and I got reservations for 60 nights. This is supposedly P214,220 of total earnings.

How come when I viewed my account I have only around P109364 as potential earnings for the whole package?

May I know how it was computed? Thank you so much.

Long term bookings are charged to the guest monthly and paid to you monthly, the guest has paid for 30 days and you will get paid for 30days 24hrs after check in.

You will only get paid the next 30 days if the guest pays airbnb the following month.
