Potential Guests Not Receiving MY Responses to their Inquiries

Is anyone else experiencing this?  I recieved two separate inquiries from travelers last weekend and responded to their detailed questions within minutes.  Then nothing... crickets.  That's not the norm, but I blew it off after following up with each to no avail.  Then last night - same thing for a February reservation.  I responded within 5 minutes and this morning, still no response from them.  THEN, she messages me asking the same questions, asking if I ever got her message last night.  She clearly isn't getting my responses.  So I called AirBnb and they're in agreement that she didn't get my responses and are trying to reach out to her for me.  It's a $1,000 booking.  Then, it hit me - is this what happened last weekend with those other potential guests?  My husband and I tested it and he gets my messages and I get his, back and forth, but the guest from last night clearly did NOT.  So... I found her on F*c*b**k and messaged her and low and behold - she confirmed she had not received a single response of mine (and luckily for me, is super grateful that I tried to find her on FB when others could be freaked out by that).  So now I've re-messaged the people from last weekend asking if they ever got my responses, but I'm sure they're not getting the messages from today either - and it's not their problem to help me trouble shoot AirBnb's glitches.

 

Anyone else having this problem?
