Pre-approval issue / booking / confirming

Hello,

 

I am wondering if anyone can shed some light on this issue. I just had a listing at $100 per night plus $50 cleaning fee, totalling $165 for one night. It just changed to $103 per night, no cleaning fee totalling $126 without me doing anything. I sent a special offer to reflect the first price however $126 got confirmed. This is the second time the pricing has changed without me doing anything. 

Please help!

If you sent a special offer of $126, it should be that amount (which inclusive of the cleaning fee)...you probably need to call the customer service number and speak to a representative.

Check you settings to make sure you don't have Smart Pricing on - https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/1168/smart-pricing--set-prices-based-on-demand

 

If not on, then contact Airbnb directly, they are best placed to help you as they can look at you actual account.
