Pre -approvals

what of when the booking comes and when I try to pre-approve it's as if there is no booking at all. what am I doing wrong this has been happeningsince yesterday. I am getting the reminders that I should respond to the booking but when I want to pre-approve there are 0 messages. what am I doing wrong?
