Pre approve or decline

ive Just had a message from someone enquiring about my property. As the property is not where she thought it was she’s obviously not going to book with me.

Do I then press decline pre approve,  if I do press does this go against me with Airbnb as I’ve declined someone.

im still very new to this, any help would be appreciated

As long as you have replied you don't need to decline.
