Price Difference

Hello community,

I want to ask you, if someone can explan me payment report from Airbnb. For example:

In the booking summary I have this:

€42,74 x 7 nights - €299,20

Charge for cleaning - €30,00

Airbnb Service fee - €11,86

Total - €317,34

Total gross: 329,2

In the TAX or history report (CSV format) I have this:

Total - €317,34

Charge for cleaning - €34,91

Airbnb Service fee - €12,97

Total gross: 330,31

So for 7 nights it should be 282,43 EUR if my math is OK, not 299,20.

Now I do not understand which one is correct, how much did I pay on fees and how much my guest pay for cleaning.. My cleaning fee is set to 30 EUR - but in the tax report it says that guest pays 34,91 EUR for that...

Hi,

Cleaning fee and servicecosts are increased by VAT.

We are individuals though, we should not be charging VAT?

VAT from which country? Besides, there is always different price. Once it is 34,91€ next time it is like 33,8, next time 36€... It can’t be VAT.
