Price seting for single booking

I have a question.

It confuses me, something on Airbnb. I want to release a room for our guest house, so far everything goes. I can not keep up with the price. The room is expected to cost £ 48 per person per night. If I enter £ 48 then the price will not change if 2 people book .... how do I set that up correctly? I can currently set £90 , but that's not fair if you want to make a single reservation. A single booking costs £ 60 per night for this room. So i need the button "discount" and then set up £ 30, but i do not found it....

Pleas hep me...

Daniel

Hi @Daniel2499  I hope you are well!

You can set up your price for the room, and then add an extra guest fee for extra guests over 1 person.

eg) my room has a price of £45, and an extra guest fee of £10 for a second guest, so 1 guest pays £45, if 2 guests stay it becomes £55.

go into PRICING>STANDARD FEES AND CHARGES>EXTRA GUESTS

and fill in as you wish.

The only issue you have to be wary of is ensuring when guests book they select the correct number of guests so the final price is correctly calculated!

You have 6x rooms available, so it would be a sensible idea to create a listing for each one- as at the moment if a guest books the room on your listing, no one else will be able to book any of the other 5 rooms that are still available!

You can "duplicate" the original listing so you don't have to create 5 new ones from scratch, and give each one a different name, add a number or use the internal naming function (visible to only you)

Best wishes

Morning Paul and thank you for the answer.

do not know if I'm clumsy or does not show STANDARD FEES AND CHARGES> EXTRA GUESTS. If I go on pricing, only Nightly price comes to me and there I can only set "smart pricing" and "base price" ..... On Booking goes the simple hahahahaha

Kind Regards

Daniel
