Pricing Discrepancy

Hello,

i am a new host and am having trouble understanding why the price appears different on the air bnb front page, compared to when i actually click on my listing.

So, for 5 nights, for four people, my price should be as follows:  $220/night for 4 persons + $50 cleaning fee +$119 air bnb service fee = $1269 total.  This shows up when you click on my property, but on the intital search screen, its showing up as a total of $2300.

Has this happened to anyone else?  Im unsure as to what i can do about this?

Hi Jane

Yes, this is a proplem right across Australia at the moment. I've been in contact with Airbnb Helpline numerous times over the past week and last night they contacted me to say they are working on the problem. The prices are actually double what they should be. It has affected my bookings greatly and I haven't had any bookings for the past week where I'm normally fully booked. Not happy. Hope they fix this soon.
