Pricing Setting

Hi Airbnb Community,

I want to change the price setting of my listing on Airbnb however I dont know how to do it.

My orginial price setting is per room. Now I want to change the rate  per guest. Can anyone help me with this please?

hi Ngoc go in your listing, on the right menu Pricing setting- scroll down till Additional pricing option- additional guest insert the additional price per guest and then For each guest after ... and choose your minumun number.

Yes have done that, but it dosen't set

I go to

 manage listing

price setting

additional pricing option

Then I tick the additional guest

add the amount.

But it doesn't    remain      when I check.

Please help me out.

The price setting must be for 8 pp but it now shows for 1 pp .Something wrong there . And after the initial 8,we need to add an additional price pp.

How to do ?

Follow the link and it will auto-open to the pricing settings.  The price per guest is under "additional pricing options".

I have my price set at $85 per night, but when I search my property, it shows up as $105 per night and I can't seem to find out why this would be or how to change this.

I have the same problem when search result is higher than my setting, even I did not chosed "smart price".

How do I manually set the price for a house (rather than per person)? It seems to default to 'per person/guest' rather than 'per household' in the pricing default settings...?

@Nick1798 I don't really understand the problem. Airbnb have, as far as I am aware, always charged per listing for entire homes. Hosts can then add an additional charge per person over a defined number of people. Your 3 bed place is showing at £34/night which is surely too cheap - It's almost as if you are following Airbnb pricing recommendations which are only designed to lose hosts money!

I set a certain price for the month of december and i am getting requests to book for half the price.  These are not contacts but booking requests.  What gives?
