Pricing changing randomly

I do not have smart pricing on, nor do I accept the tips (they are too low for area). I have a minimum weekday rate and minimum weekend rate. Then I manually adjust the dates that have higher demand (ie holidays; etc.). However, randomly Airbnb changes the dates/prices I have manually put in back to the default rates! This is driving me crazy - I find I need to check this daily because I've lost revenue based on this. Any ideas? I've checked all my settings and they are correct. Should I turn off my minimum rates and manually put in rates for everyday? Why is this happening?????? Thanks Kim
