I have  set my base price at €120 for night.  I do not understand how a reservation has come through priced at €17 per night? How has this occurred

I have had three quotes in the last week with two that reflect prices that are significantly below my minimums.  I have had to decline these requests which reflect poorly on both the host and Airbnb.  I have looked for the correction or a way to troubleshoot and have left an email for Airbnb for an assist.  Nothing yet.
