Dear community members,

A quick question to understand better how the pricing works. I requested one price for my apartment (Fixed Price option), however, when the apartment is publicly searched, the offered price for the apartment is significantly lower. As this is a public offer, anyone instantly booking the apartment would book it for the price offered on the website, not for the price I listed for it. Can't really understand this mismatch - any clues?
