How should I price a newly added room to my listing?

You mean you don't know at what pricelevel you want the room to be offered ?

Maybe have a look at other Airbnb listings in the same city or region to get ideas.

@Dave_Sue0 not quite sure what you want to do as your listing only has 1 bedroom

If you want to add another bedroom and rent it independantly you will need another listing, If you want to add a bedroom to an existing listing you need to charge extra for more than 2 guests.
