Hello!

Im trying to understand the system of pricing on Airbnb: my basic price for the apartment is 27 but when my friend searches for my apartment Airbnb shows the price per night 45, although I don’t charge for extra person. How is it possible and how can I change the price to lower?

@Настя2 You charge 6 extra for the 2nd guest

Your prices range from 19 to 66 depending upon dates, discounts and number of guests.

It looks like you have "Smart pricing" switched on, turn it off if you want to control the price.

The thing is I can’t find where to switch it off🤭

and in my setting I have the charge  15 only from the 3rd guest...

I understand nothing...
