I like to print off the itinerary, when a guest confirms a booking, for my records. I have not been able to do that recently. Has anyone else had the same problem?
Hi @Catherine711, so when you go to your reservations and select print confirmation, the print function at the top of the page doesn't work? Are you on a computer or device?
Hello Linda, thank you for your prompt reply. Up until recently I have always followed the ‘view itinerary’ link on the confirmation email, which would then bring up the guest details. I would then print that out as I like to keep a paper record of guests’ visits throughout the year. That has not worked since I installed an update on the app. I am using an iPad. Any ideas?
