Problem with Apple MacBook Pro computer having full access to website

I have a MacBook Air that gives me full access to the website. (I use Firefox.)

My wife has a MacBook Pro that provides her with very limited access when she uses Firefox. (She has the current Firefox installed) She has full access with Safari.

I know this question is a bit like going to the doctor and saying "it hurts when I do this" and the doctor responds "stop doing that".

What is making her computer function differently than mine? Ed

@Pamela291 are you both logging in using the same account? Or do you have separate accounts?

Perhaps one is logging in using a different AirBnB account (a Co-Host account).

I use both Firefox and Safari to access the AirBnB web site and the functionality is similar for me.

We have just the one Airbnb account.

@Pamela291 okay... I guess the next step would be to clear our your AirBnB cookies and such from the Firefox browser.

(You can clear all the cookies if you want.)

Then try to log in with Firefox again and see if things have improved.
