Problem with currencies

 Hello

I am from Brazil. Everything in my announcement is in local currency Brazilian Reales. But some guests are facing problems when they have tried to book. All values appear in US dolares. And the system has interpreted as if the guests are living in US. And then ask for a credit card for a US resident with US zip code. This is very boring because I am loosing reservations.

Thanks in advance.

Sergio

@Sergio219 - it shows to you in Reales because you a located in Brazil.  It shows to Americans in US dollars because they are in the US or have a US payment method.  I'm in the states and I see your listing at $33 USD a night.

BTW, I see that you've noted during carnival that the refund policy will be different than any other time.  Just so you are aware, currently, this is not possible on Airbnb and they will not honor this.

You must tell your guests to go to the bottom left side of the page and make sure they have used the drop down box to nominate which country they are in.  We have had this happen with some guests who want to view the currency in the price of their home country.
