Problem with pay out

Hello everybody,

Is anyone a having a problem receiving pay out? My guest stayed for 2 weeks and I am yet to see my pay out. I've contacted Airbnb twice and they were supposed to contact me, but nothing !

I've been a host since 2016 and a superhost and this is the first time it has happened to me. It's quite frustrating!

Any suggestions ?

You still need to contact Airbnb about  the issue.

This community can not solve the problem, allthough i learned more hosts are facing missing payouts (including myself mising one payout)
